Eligibility for Cancellation:
● Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever comes first.
● Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
How to Cancel an Order:
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at help@mysmartbazaar.com or call us at the provided contact number. Include your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will confirm the cancellation if it is within the eligible time frame.
Refund for Canceled Orders:
● For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
● No cancellation charges will be applied if the order is canceled within the eligible time frame.
● For COD orders, no refunds are applicable, but the order can be canceled as long as it has not been dispatched.
Please Note:
● Orders placed during sale periods, including “Deals Bazaar” offers, are not eligible for cancellation.
● We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests in case of abuse or repeated cancellation patterns.
