  1. Order Processing Time: All orders are dispatched for shipping within 5-6 business days of the purchase date. Keep in mind that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or special promotions. We appreciate your patience.

  2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

    We offer reliable and trusted shipping options to ensure smooth delivery of your order. Orders require 5–6 business days for dispatch, and delivery takes an additional 5–6 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days, depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or holidays. Kindly plan your orders accordingly.



  3. Shipping Costs: We provide free shipping on all domestic orders with a minimum purchase value of INR 1000.

For International orders, shipping fee is calculated on the basis of the weight of the final packaging and minimum value of INR 10000/- is required to place the order.

  1. Order Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email / whatsapp with a tracking number of our courier partner.

  2. International Shipping: We offer international shipping to a range of countries.
    Please be aware that any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for additional charges.

  3. Delivery Address: Ensure that you provide accurate and complete delivery and contact details at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address and contact details provided by you.

  4. Shipment Delays: Although we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or logistical issues. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue.
